Pedestrian struck by car dies

ALBANY - A 28-year-old Albany woman is dead after she was hit by a car Thursday night.
It happened on Central Avenue near King Avenue just before 10:30p.m..
Police say Katherine Parker was crossing the street when she was hit.
The driver did stop after the crash.
No tickets have been issued.
