Three accused of running puppy mill in Montgomery County

MINDEN - Three people accused of running a puppy mill, are in court in Montgomery County.
Diane, Paul and Joseph Marriott are accused of failing to care for dozens of dogs at a barn in Minden.
NewsChannel 13 is told the barn wasn't heated and many of the dogs ended up with frostbite.
One dog died.
The Marriott’s are facing 52 counts of animal cruelty.
They're in court for a bond hearing.
