LANSINGBURGH - A man, already behind bars for alleged car break-ins, will be arraigned this afternoon.

Police arrested 30-year-old Hiram Morales last month.

Police say Morales broke into several vehicles at St. Augustines Church while parishioners attended services.

He is also accused of stealing a relative's credit card and using it at the Wal-Mart on Hoosick Road.
