ALBANY - There's a gathering called the Peoples Budget Hearing.
Advocates for low income New Yorkers and faith leaders are gathering at the State Capitol.
Organizers say they want the governor and legislators to restore millions of dollars cut from programs for the poor.
They also want to see the minimum wage raised and what they call loopholes for billionaires closed.
