ALBANY - There is a situation developing in downtown Albany that has caused a concert to be cancelled.
The Electric Safari concert that was scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Friday night at the Washington Avenue Armory has been cancelled.
City leaders told NewsChannel 13 that the Armory's owners have violated the agreement that allowed them to hold musical events.
The people who run the armory say they are not happy, as they were not notified by the city until 4:15.
Ticketholders are advised to hold onto their tickets and check the Armory's Facebook page for a new time for the Electric Safari concert, or call the box office to discuss refund options.
