SCHENECTADY - A limestone company worker from Kinderhook is New York’s newest lottery millionaire.
59-year-old Arnie March bought a quick pick ticket for the Powerball drawing on February 22.
After church that Sunday, he checked his ticket by looking at the Powerball number first.
March wins $1 million for matching all of the numbers.
If he had also matched the Powerball, he would have won $80 million, but he made it clear today that he's not complaining.
