Furloughed employees get time back

ALBANY COUNTY - Albany County employees who were furloughed back in 2009, will now get that time back.
County executive Dan McCoy says the furloughed employees will be reimbursed in additional paid time off.
The time must be used by Dec. 31, 2014.
It cannot be exchanged for money or any other incentive.
