GLENS FALLS - A judge has dismissed the top charge against Jennie Mattison in Warren County.

She's the Glens Falls woman accused of recklessly endangering her 5-year-old son, when he was allegedly killed by her boyfriend.

NewsChannel 13’s media partners at the Post Star Newspaper report the judge tossed the felony endangerment charge, saying her actions did not meet the legal threshold of 'depraved indifference to human life'.

The charge is now reduced to a misdemeanor.
