NY Court of Appeals swears in new member

ALBANY - The state's highest court now has a new member.
Jenny Rivera was sworn-in to the Court of Appeals Monday by Lt. Gov. Robert Duffy.
The State Senate confirmed her nomination last month.
Rivera was law professor and worked for Gov. Cuomo when he was State Attorney General.
