Colonie crash suspect due in court

COLONIE - An Albany man accused of causing a crash in Colonie on Saturday is due in court Monday evening.
Police say 23-year-old Joseph Brennan was driving under the influence of drugs.
They say he does not have a license, and had his two young children in the car with him.
After the crash, Brennan is accused of taking the 3-year-old and 16-month-old out of their car seats and making fleeing the scene.
