QUEENSBURY - A Warren County business owner faces up to seven years in prison for defrauding subcontractors and a building supply company.
48-year-old Christine Zientak of Queensbury operates Vasilou Homes, a home building-company.
She pleaded guilty this week to a felony grand larceny charge stemming from her arrest last year.
NewsChannel 13’s media partners at the Post Star newspaper say Zientak was paid money to build a home in Malta, but she never paid subcontractors or a building supply company.
The total amount owed was roughly $120,000.
