Local business leader facing DWI charges

GUILDERLAND - A local business leader is facing DWI charges after his arrest Friday night in Guilderland.

NewsChannel 13 has obtained a copy of the police report.

It shows police found Michael Tucker sitting his car with the motor running in the parking lot of Stuyvesant Plaza.

Police say he had a BAC of point 0.20, 2 ½ times the legal limit.

Tucker is the president of the Center for Economic Growth.
