SCHENECTADY – Police have arrested a man they say attacked a student at Schenectady High School Tuesday morning.

According to police, 52-year-old Ulysses Wynn of Clifton Park got out of his car after some students yelled at him for driving erratically.

Wynn is said to have slapped a student and grabbed her by the throat and pushed her towards a moving bus.

After another student came to her aid, Wynn fled the scene. He was arrested a short time later and charged with one count of reckless endangerment and two counts of harassment.

Students tell NewsChannel 13 that this is not the first time there have been issues with Wynn.

Wynn is currently being held pending arraignment.
