DELMAR - It took four fire stations to douse a fire near four corners in Delmar Thursday.

The fire broke out late this morning at 30 Stratton Place.

It's a single family home that's for sale, but the owner wasn't inside when the fire began.

According to one of the chief's on the scene, it's believed to have started in the back of the home where there is a kitchen and bedroom.

The cause is still under investigation.
