GLOVERSVILLE - The case of the ice cream truck wars headed back to court for day two in Gloversville Tuesday.

City officials are defending their decision to deny an operating permit a vendor, Sno Kone Joe, who is charged criminally with harassing and stalking his arch-rival, Mister Ding-a-Ling

Sno Kone Joe has taken the city to court.

The judge barred cameras, claiming their presence might have intimidated the only witness to take the stand last week.

Last week's lone witness said buying an Italian Ice from Sno Kone Joe was a very pleasant experience.

This is nothing like the nightmare described by his rival, mister ding-a-ling who claims that Sno Kone Joe harassed and stalked him.

Mister ding-a-ling, claiming that his dustup with rival, Sno Kone Joe has been costly, and Ding a Ling thinks customers mistakenly think that he's the bad guy.

The Gloversville Mayor and the City Clerk explained on the witnesses stand why they rescinded Sno Kone Joe's operating permit after the harassment charges
