Duck Egg Pasta Recipe
from Chef Michael Lapi of Chef's Consortium

2.5 cups "00" flour
1 pinch salt
2 duck eggs
Up to 3 tsp cold water (as needed)

Serve with wild foraged greens and morel mushrooms with garlic, and hemlock sprout broth.
