Police say 20-year-old Osayuwa Omorogbe was leaving the K-Mart around 7:20pm Friday evening in her 2001 Nissan Pathfinder when she crossed in front of a 2010 Honda motorcycle driven by Michael Ackerly, causing the accident.

Ackerly, 24, was taken to Albany Med where he was treated for a broken arm and a concussion. Ackerly's passenger, 22-year-old Tresa Paris, is reportedly uninjured.

The Traffic Safety Unit continues to investigate the crash. Police ask anyone who may have witnessed, or has information regarding the accident, to call the Colonie Police Traffic Safety Unit at (518) 783-2744.
