SCHENECTADY - Freedom is not in Steven Raucci's future.

On Thursday, a State Appellate Court unanimously rejected Raucci's appeal.

That means, he'll continue serving his sentence of 23 years to life in prison.

Raucci is the former Schenectady School Official convicted of arson for planting bombs at the homes of his co-workers.
