Police: Man called 911 using phone line he stole from neighbor

LIVINGSTON - A man is accused of stealing his neighbor’s phone line.

He was caught after placing a 911 call to police, that was traced back to the wrong house.

Bruce Feller, 51, called police to report he was having an argument with his neighbor.

When police arrived, they determined that Feller had not only allegedly stolen the phone line, but several other items as well.

Feller was sent to the Columbia County Jail.
