Bake and cool your cupcakes.

Create the head of the horse by melting the chocolate chips in the microwave and coat the circus peanuts. Place in the refrigerator to setup.

Attach the crème wafer as the neck of the horse firmly to the head with melted chocolate and let setup.

Time to assemble!!!

Frost the cupcake.

Place the assembled “neck and head “of the horse you created above into the cupcake base.

Place frosting into a piping bag and decorate the mane and add features for the eyes and nose.

Add colored jimmies for dimension.

Finally the licorice tail to complete the body.

So now your “Saratoga Winner Circle Horse” Cupcakes are complete. Have fun decorating these cupcakes and be creative. These horses will always be a sure winner at your table. Hope you enjoy your summer filled with great weather, fun times and cheerful memories.
