Former police officer arrested again

Kenneth Rosimini Jr., 46

RAVENA - A former police officer is now under arrest again in Ravena.

Kenneth Rosimini Jr., 46, is accused of violating the State's new SAFE Act by possessing a high capacity magazine.

Police say they also found metal knuckles and fireworks inside his Pulver Avenue home.

Rosimini is a former police officer with the village of Coxsackie.

He was initially arrested last year, accused of pointing a loaded gun at another man in Albany.

He's now in the Albany County Jail.
