Wanted Wynantskill man turns himself in

A Wynantskill man wanted for felony Robbery and Grand Larceny turned himself in to police Saturday morning, according to officials.

Police say 36-year-old Thomas Moran was in the parking lot of the Main Ave. McDonalds on Thursday when he forcibly took money out of a relatives pocket, then fled on foot.

Saturday morning police say he flagged down a police officer on Main Ave. and turned himself in.

Moran was arraigned and is being held at Rensselaer County Jail. Police say the victim was not injured.
