Cocaine arrest in Troy

Troy police seized over 100 grams of cocaine Monday afternoon and arrested two downstate individuals after receiving a tip that led them to the suspects.

Suspects Henry Edwards (pictured left), 39, and Sean Stewart, 34, both of the Bronx, were arrested around 1 PM.

Edwards was charged with first-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and first-degree loitering, and Stewart was charged with second-degree conspiracy and first-degree loitering.  The 2002 GMC Yukon they were driving was also seized by Troy Police.

The cocaine seized by Troy Police is reported to have a street value exceeding $11,000.
