Three men arrested after car crash Monday

ALBANY- Three men have been arrested after a vehicle crash Monday on Lark Street.

Albany Police Lieutenant Michael Barone says he tried to pull over a red sedan for speeding on Madison Avenue when the vehicle lost control and crashed into a building near Lark and Chestnut Street.

Three men fled from the crash on foot but were arrested near the scene.

Kenyatta Ingram, 24, of Watervliet and Darius Bonano, 25, of Albany, were both charged with marijuana possession.

Deion Austin, 21 of Troy was found with a knife and was charged with weapons possession.

Police say Austin broke his arm in the crash. He was treated at the scene and transported to Albany Medical Center for further evaluation.
