It is near zero again Wednesday morning in the Capital Region.
It was another Code Blue night and ice jams have caused problems in at least two communities.
In Rensselaer County, the Red Cross says its helping nine people after flooding caused by an ice jam poured into their house on West Hoosick Road in Buskirk.
Also, an ice jam has been broken up on the Hoosic River in North Pownal, Vermont.
An excavator was used to break up the ice after it began to threaten homes there.
Albany Schools closed Tuesday because the weather was too cold for children to walk to school. And flights in and out of Albany International Airport are approaching normal again.
There were just seven cancellations on the board Wednesday morning.
