A 19-year-old Middleburgh man is facing charges after police say he was found with the controlled medication hydrocodone Saturday night.
State Police say Shane Hilland was driving on Rte 30 in Middleburgh just before midnight when he was pulled over for a traffic infraction. Police say they found the medication, which Hilland did not have a prescription for, during the traffic stop.
Hilland was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in court on February 5th.
