COLONIE – Police say it appears one person robbed two gas stations, two days in a row, armed with a gun. This time, it was at the station on Exchange Street in Colonie.

Police released a surveillance photo, hoping to identify the suspect. It shows the suspect pointing the gun at the clerk.

Police say he took money from the register and fled on foot.

Monday, the Sunoco station at the corner of Delaware Avenue and Whitehall Road in Albany was robbed in a similar way.

Police say the suspect in both robberies appears to be the same person.
