A 24-year-old Ballston Lake man is facing charges after police say he broke into the New York State Museum after hours.
Police say Thomas Grant was caught on camera forcing his way through a rear door during early morning hours. He was later seen on surveillance leaving the museum and was apprehended by Troopers on Madison Avenue a short time later.
Grant is charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass and was arraigned at the City of Albany Criminal Court.
