An internet company has won its court battle with New York's Attorney General.
Airbnb rents rooms and apartments and houses around the world.
The attorney general had subpoenaed a list of all of the hosts in New York State, to determine if they were collecting sales taxes and occupancy taxes that hotels have to collect.
A state Supreme Court judge threw out the attorney general's subpoena on Tuesday, calling it overbroad.
