Ever wondered about espresso? Hudson River Coffee House gives us the basics. It's back to school barista style.

Cappuccino
Espresso combined with steamed milk, topped with a heavy amount of milk foam. Can be   prepared traditionally or in the American style.
 

Ingredients:    

2 shots of espresso
5-6 oz steamed milk (traditional)
20mm milk foam
            OR
11-12 oz steamed milk (American)
 20mm milk foam

Latte
 

Espresso combined with steamed milk, topped with a small amount of velvety milk foam. Comes from the Italian 'caffè latte' which means simply 'milk coffee.'
Ingredients:   

2 shots of espresso
11-12 oz steamed milk
12mm milk foam

Mocha
A latte combined with rich chocolate, topped with whipped cream.
Ingredients:    

1 oz dark chocolate sauce or melted dark chocolate
2 shots of espresso
11-12 oz steamed milk
12mm milk foam
