Workers at the Albany County Nursing Home have agreed to some changes to their existing contract.
County executive Dan McCoy says those changes will save the county about $1.5 million a year.
There will be a shorter work week with no paid breaks and the lunch hour will also be unpaid.
The workers will still get 11 holidays but three will be floating holidays with no extra pay for working.
People who work weekends will no longer get paid a differential.
