Governor Andrew Cuomo announced Thursday that $36 million will go to paving and resurfacing New York State roads, damaged by harsh winter weather.
The money will be split up among several different areas of the state.
It includes a project on Route 140 from Delaware to Cherry Avenue in Delmar.
The funding is in addition to nearly $100 million being funded to a paving project on Long Island, and a $1.1 million project being done on Route 73 in Essex County.
