TROY - A judge has ruled against Troy's ARK Community Charter School.
The school had requested to remain open while it challenges a state decision to shut down.
A judge yesterday denied that extension request.
SUNY trustees voted in March not to renew ark's charter or its license to operate, arguing it is underachieving.
Parents and other school supporters have disagreed.
