Dark chocolate could help get your blood moving.

A new study looked at patients with peripheral artery disease, a condition which blocks blood flow.

It found that people who ate dark chocolate were able to walk eleven percent father than those who had milk chocolate.

They also experienced an increase in blood flow.

Experts say dark chocolate is stacked with polyphenols, which help blood vessels dilate.
