ALBANY – An Albany building will have to come down after part of it collapsed on Friday.

Crews were called to 162 Clinton Avenue shortly after 11 a.m.

They found a collapsed roof and the rear of the building destroyed.

Five people in a neighboring building were displaced. One of them says they had been urging the city to look into the abandoned building for a while.

No one was hurt.
