NWS: Not a tornado, but straight-line winds

The National Weather Service says it was not a tornado, but straight-line winds that caused damage in Minden, Montgomery County on Thursday.

Some of the winds are estimated around 100 miles per hour.

Damage included a barn that was destroyed, along with an overturned tractor-trailer and several downed trees.

There were no reports of serious injuries.
