A state commission set up to investigate scandals in Albany says it has uncovered waste involving the state attorney general's office.
The Joint Commission on Public Ethics accuses David Ellenhorn of violating state travel regulations.
Ellenhorn is the senior trial lawyer for the Attorney General’s office.
The commission says he accepted air travel on a jet chartered by opposing counsel when he already had a ticked paid for by the state, which ended up going unused.
