Two men are facing charges after police say they tried to smuggle contraband into the Saratoga County Jail on July 12, 2014.

Police say Harry Mundell, III was visiting an inmate, Todd Mabb, at the Saratoga County Jail when a corrections officer saw Mundell pass something to Mabb. It was later discovered that Mundell had tobacco on him, a contraband item.
