Healthy school lunch with Whole Foods

Ingredients:

Whole Wheat Tortillas

1 large ripe avocado, pitted, mashed

1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice

¼ tsp. sea salt

12 oz. shredded rotisserie chicken

1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated, washed, and patted dry

12 oz. frozen mango chunks, thawed

1 large tomato, thinly sliced

Method:

Lay tortillas on a cutting board.

Stir lime juice and sea salt in the mashed avocado.

Spread each tortilla with 1 tbsp. of the mashed avocado.

Place lettuce leaves on top of avocado.

Place shredded rotisserie chicken on top of lettuce leaves.

Place mango chunks and 2 slices of tomato on top of chicken.

Folding in the sides of the tortilla, carefully roll up the ingredients inside of the tortilla.

Slice each wrap in half and serve with sun butter and carrot sticks for dipping.
