TROY - A Troy woman is accused of starving her pit bull to death.
Police were called to 217 Ninth Street, where they found a dead two-year-old dog in a cage.
Forty-eight-year-old Deborah Bradley was arrested after an investigation and was charged with a felony.
Police say the animal was deprived of food, water, shelter and the ability to exercise for a month.
