Stony Creek man faces child sex charges

STONY CREEK -- A 65-year-old Stony Creek man was arrested late Wednesday on charges he sexually abused two children, and State Police are investigating whether there are additional victims, officials said.

Stuart L. Graham, of Riley Hill Road, faces three felony counts for allegedly having sexual contact with two boys under the age of 14, police said. He was acquainted with the children, officials said.

State Police have information that there are at least two more additional victims, authoritiess said.

He was arrested after an investigation by State Police investigators from the Queensbury station.

Graham faces felony charges of first-degree criminal sexual act, second-degree criminal act and first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child.

Authorities said he had a prior sex offense arrest in Ohio within the last decade, but has not been required to register as a sex offender in New York.

Graham was arraigned in Queensbury Town Court and sent to Warren County Jail for lack of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bail bond.

Anyone with information in the case was asked to call State Police at 745-1035.
