Montgomery County Sheriff's make DWI, larceny arrests

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office arrested Lamont Hudson of Mayfield with Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, a felony, after he was seen speeding along State Highway 67 in the Town of St. Johnsville.

Hudson failed field sobriety tests, police report, and was found to have a number of suspensions to his driver's license. Hudson posted $2,500 bail and is due back in town court on October 28.

Additionally, the Sheriff's Office arrested a boy, 14, for stealing an IPOD case. He was processed and released on an appearance ticket and is due at probation in the city of Amsterdam on Monday, Sept. 14.
