Family challenges dog restrictions
LAKE LUZERNE - A Warren County family could face fines if they don't find a new home for their dogs.
A Lake Luzerne town ordinance says you can have four dogs per household.
A family that has a dozen dogs says the town is barking up the wrong tree. They want to change the law.
