MONTGOMERY COUNTY - In order to see the debris on Martin Navojosky's land, you have to travel 15 minutes into the woods, over a small stream and rocky terrain.
We ended up in a field, with big piles of boulders, rock and sand in the middle. This is where Navojosky grows hay. Bordering the field, acres of debris jam packed into a forest including pieces of homes, and everything that was inside of them.
We found pill bottles, shoes, wheels, paint thinner, an entire bathroom floor with tiles, and cans and bottles of oil
Perhaps the most shocking thing we saw, a full propane tank. Apparently EPA and DEC have removed dozens of propane tanks off Navojosky's land, but he says, he still needs help.
"The agencies and the system is failing, they should be down here to protect the environment and clean this stuff up."
