Schenectady man shot in Albany overnight

ALBANY – A Schenectady man is in critical condition at Albany Medical Center following a shooting around midnight Saturday.
Albany police say Kedar Morton of Victory Avenue in Schenectady was found with a gunshot wound to his abdomen in the area of 472 First St.
Morton was treated at the scene and taken to the hospital.
Police say this isn’t the first time Morton has been shot. He suffered a gunshot wound to the leg in 2010 and one to his abdomen in 2007.
