GUILDERLAND - There is new information about the Best Western Sovereign Hotel on Western Avenue in Guilderland.
It was ordered closed by the Albany County Health Department on May 31, because of legionnaires disease.
Test results on the water system came back negative Friday and the county gave the ok for the hotel to re-open.
Eight people who visited the hotel got legionnaires. Two of those people have filed a lawsuit.
