Ballston Spa teacher pleads guilty to child porn charges

A music teacher from Broadalbin faces up to 20 years in prison after he pleads guilty to downloading child porn.

Timothy Brehmer, 36, admitted to downloading the images onto his home computer.

As part of his plea deal, he must surrender his teaching certificate and resign from his job with the Ballston Spa Central School District.

He's due to be sentenced in September.
