Man killed when ATV strikes tree in Waterford

WATERFORD - Police in Waterford responded to a call of an ATV striking a tree Thursday evening.

First responders found Peter Casey, 32, of Troy with a massive head injury. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim was not wearing a helmet. Speed is also believed to be a factor.
