Two men arrested in Schenectady on drug charges

SCHENECTADY – Two people were arrested Monday on drug charges.

It happened in the area of Van Voast and Schenectady Streets, shorty before 5 p.m.

Police say 33-year-old Rozelle Tolbert bought marijuana from 27-year-old Marcus Young.

According to police, Tolbert is facing additional charges, because he had a 3-year-old child in the car at the time.

Both suspects are now being held, awaiting arraignment.

Schenectady police said Tolbert worked for the Schenectady School District but, the district contacted NewsChannel 13, saying Tolbert hasn't work there since 2004.
