WINDHAM - This is Todd Wells home turf.  The 36 year-old-grew up just outside of Windham, and to be back home is a treat before heading to London to compete in the Olympic Games.  It's the cyclist's third time competing in the Olympics.  He feels more prepared now than ever before.

He and teammate Scott Schultz bike some laps on a hot Friday afternoon.  The heat doesn't seem to phase them.  Schultz, 26, is competing for the first time in the Olympics.

Both are in Windham for the Mountain Bike World Cup.  Cyclists from all over the world gather at Windham Mountain, where the ski resort transforms into a biking event.

Windham needs this push, nearly one year after Irene.  The town was able to rebuild quickly, but this attention certainly doesn't hurt.

Watch the video to hear how Wells and Schultz are preparing for the big game.
